RETURN POLICY

Our objective is your total satisfaction as a customer. Given the nature of our product, only will accept returns or changes when the product find defective or have been danyat in the sending.To proceed to the return of an article purchased in the online tent, will owe:

Request the return for mail to salomfoto@salomfoto.com in a no upper term to 7 skillful days following to the date of reception of the product, attaching a photography of how have received the product and where has danyat.

The articles have to be returned:

I Have to pay something for my return?

To return an article bought in SALOMfoto only have to contact with a company of mail or with Posts and send us the article to the previously detailed address. The expenses of sending have to be credited by the customer that wishes to do the return. In case that the article sent was defective, SALOMfoto would assume the total cost of the sending for his change and/or return.
